The request must be signed and accompanied by a copy of the applicant’s identity card, specifying the address to which the reply should be sent.
The personal information collected via the information request forms on the website, registration to the newsletters or when purchasing our services (guided tours, tickets, events) feeds our database and is kept for a maximum of 5 years.
The data collected are as follows:

- Address and means of contact (phone and email)
- Date of birth, if necessary
- Copy of an identity document (for bike rental only)
Vienne Condrieu Tourisme may process all or part of the data:

When a user contacts a Vienne Condrieu Tourisme service provider via a contact form on the website, personal data is sent directly to the service provider concerned. The latter does not, however, collect consent via the contact form and is therefore not entitled to send information to the user outside the scope of their request. Consent and personal data are collected by Vienne Condrieu Tourisme via the Avizi Customer Relationship Management software.
