Litigation

These conditions are governed by French law, and any dispute or litigation that may arise from the interpretation or execution of these conditions will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Vienne Condrieu Tourisme head office. The language of reference for the settlement of any disputes is French.

The personal information collected via the information request forms on the website, registration to the newsletters or when purchasing our services (guided tours, tickets, events) feeds our database and is kept for a maximum of 5 years.

  • Copy of an identity document (for bike rental only)

Vienne Condrieu Tourisme may process all or part of the data:

Contact forms for service providers:

When a user contacts a Vienne Condrieu Tourisme service provider via a contact form on the website, personal data is sent directly to the service provider concerned. The latter does not, however, collect consent via the contact form and is therefore not entitled to send information to the user outside the scope of their request. Consent and personal data are collected by Vienne Condrieu Tourisme via the Avizi Customer Relationship Management software. The user may request at any time the deletion of data about them by contacting the Tourist Office.
