Hévéa lets you stay for short, medium or long periods, for leisure or business.
Hévéa offers 51 comfortable apartments, from 15 to 80 m², including two studios for people with reduced mobility.
Depending on your needs and desires, the residence offers 3 types of studio:
The budget studio, 15 m², and the double or twin studio for one or two people, with a fully-equipped kitchenette, bathroom, desk and TV.
The family studio, approx. 25 m², for 2 adults and two children, with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, a desk and a TV.
The kitchenettes are equipped with crockery, microwave, electric hob, fridge, kettle and coffee maker.
We also offer a very large apartment for 1 to 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, a large living room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a very large terrace with a view over Valence and the Vercors mountain range.
A laundry room is also available on site, and we offer access to the condominium garage upon reservation.
Reception is open from 8am to 12pm and from 5pm to 9pm.
Housekeeping is provided once a week for stays of 4 or more consecutive nights.
A room service breakfast is available on arrival.
