Tour and tasting at Domaine Burgaud

We welcome you to our estate as we would welcome our own family: simply, warmly, with a desire to share our history and that of Côte-Rôtie. As soon as you arrive at the cellar, we take the time to tell you about the vineyard, how it has evolved over the centuries, and our family's place in this long adventure. Nothing here is staged: we talk about our seasons, our hillsides and our daily work, in our own words as winegrowers.

The tour continues in the barrel cellar, where our wines take shape. You will taste two single-vineyard wines directly from the barrel, followed by our blend, to understand how each hillside, each exposure, each decision regarding cultivation and ageing contributes to the wine's identity. This barrel tasting is a special experience, rarely offered, which gives you an intimate insight into the vintage.

The tour ends with a tasting of our cuvée, which is available for purchase and is the culmination of our work and our terroir. Whether you are a wine lover, a curious visitor or simply passing by, we want to offer you an authentic, warm and sincere experience that brings you closer to our profession and our family identity. Each tour is led by the winemaker or his wife, ensuring an authentic and personal exchange.
