Description
A tour in the Condrieu wine area with a private group, for an in-depth visit to the region:
We set off at 8.30 am from the Tourism Pavilion in Vienne after an introduction to Condrieu and Côte-Rôtie wines.
We then head south with a visit to the Condrieu wine area and a walk through the vineyards with some spectacular views.
The tour continues with a visit to a first wine cellar and a tasting of 6 wines (Condrieu, Côte-Rôtie, Saint-Joseph, etc.)
We then head back north to round off our encounter with Condrieu in a second winery, including a tasting of 5 wines in the wine cellar (Condrieu, Côte-Rôtie, Saint-Joseph, etc.)
Lunch (not included in the price).
In the afternoon, the tour continues in the most southerly part of the Côte-Rôtie area, followed by a walk in the vineyards.
Visit to a wine cellar and a tasting of 5 wines (Côte-Rôtie) in a 3rd winery.
Visit to the Côte-Rôtie wine area, including the hamlets of La Viallière and Grandes Places.
Visit and a tasting of 6 wines (Condrieu, Côte-Rôtie, Saint-Joseph, etc.) in a 4th winery.
Tour ends at 6.30 pm
Tour subject to availability and modification of itinerary and tasting sites possible. Walking shoes recommended.
