At Maison Colombier, the birthplace of the famous pear brandy, you'll discover a unique savoir-faire handed down from generation to generation.
It all began with Joannès Colombier, a distiller, who carefully distilled the Williams pears from his harvest to create a nectar of exceptional finesse. Today, Sophie and Stéphane Jay are continuing this wonderful story, between traditional stills and sunny orchards.
In this enchanting setting, let yourself be seduced by the quality of the products, the authenticity of the surroundings and the warm welcome of the hosts. It's the ideal recipe for an epicurean afterwork, with friends or family!
