The 31 hectares of vineyards, meadows and lavender fields as far as the eye can see provide a picturesque backdrop for an unforgettable Drôme escape, between Grignan and Montélimar and at the gateway to Provence. Housed in a 16th-century residence built around a medieval square tower, the hotel was formerly an outbuilding of the Commanderie de Saint-Jean, in the heart of a vast winegrowing estate. The 2850m2 of buildings have retained all the charm of yesteryear, and are divided into a château, a bastide and a spa, all set in sublime natural surroundings. Treat yourself to a local, gourmet interlude at our 1 MICHELIN star gourmet table, Lavandin. In winter, in our magnificent vaulted stone dining room, or on sunny days in the shade of the century-old trees on our panoramic terrace, our chef offers you generous, refined yet unpretentious cuisine, dedicated to bringing out the best in our local produce. As the seasons change, he shares his talent and know-how through recipes that sublimate local produce.
