The Écrin du Roure terrace, the culinary jewel of the Manoir le Roure, is distinguished by its new ephemeral restaurant: the Paillote de l'Écrin, in the spirit of a Balinese paillote.
This bold concept subtly blends tradition and innovation, offering a true gastronomic experience.
On the menu: a brazier offering a selection of three exceptional meats and gambas for a convivial moment overlooking the park.
L'Écrin du Roure was recently awarded a première toque by the prestigious Gault et Millau guide for its authentic bistronomic cuisine.
This cuisine continues to delight the palate, highlighting local produce from the Drôme region.
