Acting for the living
Reflect, exchange and debate on a living Rhône
A new gathering of our time that brings together the public, artists, writers and scientists under the patronage of academician Erik Orsenna. Heavily impacted by the human activities that affected it in the 19th and 20th centuries, the Rhône River has been recovering since the beginning of the 2000s thanks to an unprecedented programme: the Rhône plan. The return of the living is an ambitious and realistic goal: to reconcile uses with a river with flowing waters and biodiversity.
